Family sessions are 60 minutes, providing ample time for multiple family members to participate and engage meaningfully.
Do all family members need to attend every session?
While we encourage full family participation when possible, we can work with different combinations of family members depending on therapeutic goals and availability. All participants must be located in California during sessions.
How do online sessions work for families?
Family members can join from different locations within California using our secure platform. This flexibility often makes it easier for busy families to attend sessions consistently.
Can we work with a licensed or pre-licensed therapist?
