About Me

I grew up in Lake Tahoe, California, an experience that gave me a holistic view of health and a love of the outdoors. I have always been inspired by people and their stories, which initially led me to move to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. My journey took an exciting turn when I relocated to New York City and began working with a Nutritionist and CBT Therapist. This experience and my own work in therapy ignited a deep interest in psychology, and I decided to return to school. I completed my Bachelor’s at New York University with an interdisciplinary major in Psychology and Narrative Writing with a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health studies.

I am now pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, focusing on Marriage and Family Therapy. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at the Center for Mental Health Excellence (CFMHE), a leading non-profit organization dedicated to mental health care, I am committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and foster meaningful connections. CFMHE provides a supportive and collaborative environment that allows me to grow personally and professionally while making a positive impact in the lives of my clients.

Supportive Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families
As a clinical trainee, I offer a supportive space for individuals, couples, and families. I believe therapy is a courageous step, and my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your unique story. I use diverse therapeutic modalities to guide and support you in achieving your goals. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or family conflicts, I am here to provide guidance and support. Together, we can work on developing coping skills, improving communication, and building resilience to help you lead a more fulfilling life.

Holistic Approach to Mental Health and Well-being
My background in nutrition and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) has given me a comprehensive understanding of the mind-body connection. I believe in addressing mental health concerns from a holistic perspective, considering the interplay between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being. This approach aligns with CFMHE’s commitment to providing comprehensive and integrative mental health services.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy reading, cooking, yoga, running, skiing, and outdoor adventures. I understand the importance of self-care and encourage my clients to prioritize their mental and physical health.
