Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee

I grew up in Lake Tahoe, California, an experience that gave me a holistic view of health and a love of the outdoors. I have always been inspired by people and their stories, which initially led me to move to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. My journey took an exciting turn when I relocated to New York City and began working with a Nutritionist and CBT Therapist. This experience and my own work in therapy ignited a deep interest in psychology, and I decided to return to school. I completed my Bachelor’s at New York University with an interdisciplinary major in Psychology and Narrative Writing with a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health studies. I am now pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, focusing on Marriage and Family Therapy. I look forward to growing personally and professionally as I deepen my knowledge and skills in this field. Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy reading, cooking, yoga, running, skiing, and outdoor adventures. As a clinical trainee, I offer a supportive space for individuals, couples, and families. I believe therapy is a courageous step, and my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your unique story. I use diverse therapeutic modalities to guide and support you in achieving your goals.
