I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate infidelity, trust issues, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re rebuilding after betrayal, working through emotional barriers, or strengthening self-confidence, therapy provides a structured space for insight and growth. My approach is compassionate, direct, and focused on lasting change.

Evidence-Based, Person-Centered Therapy

I begin with a person-centered foundation, creating a space of validation and trust. From there, I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to explore relationship patterns and self-perception. CBT and mindfulness-based techniques provide practical tools for resilience and confidence.

Cultural Awareness & Inclusivity

Cultural identity shapes relationships, self-worth, and personal growth. My background allows me to speak to the immigrant and multi-ethnic experience while fostering an inclusive space where all clients feel understood. Therapy should honor personal history while empowering change.

Outside of therapy, I value personal balance, relationships, and well-being—principles I encourage my clients to cultivate. Self-care is about creating sustainable habits that support mental, emotional, and relational health.

At the Center for Mental Health Excellence, we provide secure telehealth services to make high-quality care more accessible. I offer flexible online scheduling to accommodate busy lives. Sessions are $150, and I provide superbills for insurance reimbursement. Whether seeking individual or couples therapy, my goal is to create a safe, effective space for healing and personal growth.
