About Me
Supporting Adults and Young Adults Through Stress, Anxiety, and Depression
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) Trainee at the Center for Mental Health Excellence. Therapy can be a place to slow down, especially when life feels overwhelming, unclear, or heavy to carry alone. Many of the adults and young adults I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, or the strain of holding too much for too long. You may feel mentally exhausted, emotionally flooded, or unsure how to make sense of what you are experiencing. Therapy offers space to pause, notice what is happening within you, and begin approaching yourself with greater clarity and compassion. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and reflective.
Together, we will explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships in a way that feels authentic and manageable, not rushed or overwhelming. I view emotions as meaningful, adaptive signals rather than flaws. When we approach them with curiosity instead of judgment, they often become easier to understand and less intense to experience.
I work with adults and young adults from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity. Many of my clients are thoughtful people seeking support in making sense of their emotions, relationships, patterns, and inner experience, especially during periods of change or emotional overload.
