I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) Trainee at the Center for Mental Health Excellence. I believe every person deserves to be truly seen, heard, and understood. Each of us carries a story shaped by family, culture, and life experience. Within our stories are patterns and deep potential for healing. Growing into healthier, more fulfilled versions of ourselves is possible when we have the space to reflect honestly and safely.
